The first brief letter, dated Ann Arbor, Michigan, May 13, 1924 Bridges regrets that he will likely not have time to see with Whitehill during an upcoming visit to Harvard. The second letter, dated Chilswell, Oxford, October 7, 1924, Bridges responds to a number of questions Whitehill had ask in a previous correspondence, concerning how he might transfer to Oxford from Harvard.
