We think there would be great advantage to that. If, however, the Expediting Act is not repealed, we suggest that certain changes be made: one, to allow interlocutory relief in a general way, as in all other cases; and, secondly, to delete the provision where by the Attorney General, on his own and without the approval of the court, can bring cases before the Supreme Court.
