Although there are many aspects of language education that have been covered extensively in the literature, from methodologies to technologies, Leadership in Language Education (LiLE) has received very little attention - until recently.As the world saw, during the global pandemic, poor leadership at the highest levels costs lives. This edited book brings together an international cast of contributors and chapters which recognise the complexity of teacher leadership and its situated and dynamic nature. Each chapter uses illustrations of relevant practices from which lessons can be drawn.
