To gauge this, the researcher conducted a survey among foremen and/or supervisors with questionnaires comprise of factors gathered from various related literatures, which have been validated by selected experts of the industry. The data are processed using factor analysis. There are three groups of factors: economic factor, sociopsychological factors, and managerial factors. A total of 223 surveys questionnaires are collected and five components are extracted using the exploratory factor analysis namely: managerial factors, socio-psychological factors, work protocol factors, quality of work life factors, and work design factors. To test the effectiveness of the factors, relative importance Index is performed to rank the extracted components. From the highest to lowest: work design factors, work protocol factor, Managerial factors, quality of work factors, and socio-psychological factor.
