Ordinary high school boy Natsuru Seno woke up one day to find that he had somehow changed into a girl. Now he's been dragged into the conflict between battle-driven beings called KÄMPFER. With student council president shizuku sango standing in his way, can he safely rescue the kidnapped Kaede Sakura? Here’s volume 2 of this romantic school-based action comedy, loaded with beautiful girls!
Natsuru Seno is your standard teenager that goes to an all-boy's school... except when he (through no control or will of his own) transforms into a Kämpfer, a female warrior tasked with taking down those like herself. Now he- or she- must enroll in the all-girl's sister school, but when a newspaper article calls her "The Yuri Girl of Seitetsu Campus," she now is forced with dodging love confessions and idol meet-and-greets alongside the bullets of an unknown Kämpfer looking to taking out the new idol of the school. Can Natsuru survive all this and still get those pictures he promised a friend?
High school life has rarely been an easy thing to endure for the typical teenager. Even more so for Natsuru Seno, an average teenage boy who one day finds himself transformed into a teenage girl. His transformation was caused by his being chosen to become a KÄMPFER (female fighters destined to battle each other). He has no idea how or even why he’s been thrust into such a predicament. Natsuru’s situation only grows more complicated when he realizes that attacks from other KÄMPFER can happen anywhere, and at any time. With potential dangers lying in wait around every corner, how will Natsuru maintain normalcy in his life? How can a teenage boy be normal with a newly acquired, randomly appearing, and greatly endowed female form?!
Natsuru’s ordinary life lay in ruins the moment he became a Kämpfer, a female warrior destined to fight other Kämpfer. Thankfully, he’s starting to get used to this split life he’s now forced to lead (one male, one female). If things stayed calm like this, he’d definitely get this all figured out. But where’s the fun in that? With the school festival fast approaching, everyone is riled up and things start to get a little crazy. And when his newfound female self’s popularity reaches a fever pitch, there’s no telling what’s going to happen to this unwilling heroine. But more importantly, why is Kaede wearing a wedding dress?!
This first complete translation of Theodor Nöldeke’s The History of the Qurʾān offers a foundational work of modern Qurʾānic studies to the English-speaking public. Nöldeke’s original publication, as revised and expanded over nearly three quarters of a century by his scholarly successors, Friedrich Schwally, Gotthelf Bergsträsser and Otto Pretzl, remains an indispensable resource for any scholarly work on the text of the Qurʾān. Nöldeke’s segmentation of the surahs into three Meccan periods and a Medinan one has shaped all subsequent discussions of the chronology of the Qurʾān. The revisions and expansions of Nöldeke’s initial discussions of the orthography and variant readings of the text have found a new audience among those contemporary scholars who seek to create a more sophisticated understanding of the Qurʾān’s textual development.
The first chapter of this volume looks at Rudolf Steiner's years in Weimar, beginning with his work at the Goethe Archives editing Goethe’s scientific works. It was in this capacity that Steiner was able to comprehend the great spiritual depth of Goethe’s life and work, which became the foundation for his own lifework. This chapter also looks at his social circles and the writing and publication of his works Truth and Knowledge (CW 3) and The Philosophy of Freedom (CW 4). It also highlights his encounter with the work of Friedrich Nietzsche, his visits to the Nietzsche Archives in Naumburg, and the writing of his book Friedrich Nietzsche: Fighter for Freedom (CW 5). Rudolf Steiner's time in Weimar comes to a close with the creation of his second book on Goethe: Goethe's World View (CW 6), a fruit of his work at the Archives. The second chapter focuses on Rudolf Steiner's time in Berlin, where he worked as editor of a cultural periodical, Magazin für Litteratur, and accepted a position as lecturer at the Workers' School. There he was able to grow into his capacity as a teacher and where, although he encountered many ideological challenges, his insight into historical development found wide appreciation among students. The third chapter covers the turn of the century and Rudolf Steiner's inner transition to speaking and writing more openly of his esoteric observations on the evolution of consciousness, the "I," and the training of cognition. His decisive 1899 essay, Individualism in Philosophy, marked this impulse, followed by invitations to lecture freely before the Theosophical Society, where Rudolf Steiner presented the esoteric nature of Goethe's fairy tale and the content of what later became his own books Mystics after Modernism (CW 7) and Christianity as Mystical Fact and the Mysteries of Antiquity (CW 8).
Myth-busting account of the summer of 1943 on the Eastern Front, one of World War II's turning points.
Hey, have you heard about the infamous "Three sisters"? Rumour said they were murdered together and still searching for their "Mom" even until now... Nobody was brave enough to step into the cursed apartment room, or... do you? *warning: Graphic violence*
