An Interracial BWWM series for adults 18 and over All Tonya Blackman wanted to do was get through another boring conference and get back to the real world. She had broken up with her boyfriend which wasn’t much of a disappointment, but she had decided to concentrate on her work and avoid men all together when the handsome Hayden Powers crossed her path. Hayden is as deceitful as he is handsome. An interracial romance is out of the question, she thought. Hayden Powers is the last man she would consider sleeping with because he’s white, but it was something about his blue eyes, chiseled good looks, and his tall statuesque body that sent chills streaming through her. As an African American female she knows they have nothing in common or so she thinks. The Master of Power so his books advertise, can teach anyone how to gain power over individuals, but Hayden Powers had a lot to learn about power when he takes Tonya Blackman to bed. So let the power games begin. Who will win this interracial, urban, and highly sexual power game? Seduction of Power book 2 Hayden Powers: “I know what women want and that’s to exert their power over me. I let them think they’re in control as I lay under the sheets, stroking and tasting their lovely bodies. They never suspect when they are screaming for more, as they dig their nails into my flesh, that I’m the one in control, and I want this more than they do. When I met Tonya Blackman, I’ve met my match and there is nothing I can teach her about mastering her power because she has mastered me, and I’m willing to do anything for her.” Exchange of Power Book 3 Tonya “I don’t know what Hayden Powers wants from me? I can’t give him what he wants, but I have what he needs. Until I get the truth from him we can’t go forward. Until I tell him the truth, we can never be together. We are both hiding the truth among a bunch of lies.” The sex never stops between this black and white interracial couple until one masters the other. key words bwwm bundle, bwwm bundle, interracial bwwm bundle, bwwm interracial bundle, bundle interracial box set, interracial box set, bwwm interracial box set, free 1st book, freebie, freebie, interracial box set, bwwm bundle, bwwm loving bundle, bwwm love bundle, bwwm bundle, love, free love, free love, bwwm bundle, bwwm bundle, bwwm bundle, interracial bundle, bwwm bwwm bundle, free 1st book, bwwm bundle, interracial erotica bundle, African American bundle, African American erotica bundle, interracial box set, bwwm box set, bwwm box set, erotica box set, erotica box set, bwwm interracial box set, bwwm erotic romance box set, bwwm erotica, bwwm erotica box set, black woman mff box set, mff alpha twins box set. bwwm erotica, bwwm erotica box set, black woman white man box set, African American interracial erotica box set, bwwm, bwwm, bwwm erotica box set, box set, box set erotica, erotica box set, erotica box set, bw/wm box set, erotica romance, erotica romance box set, erotica romance box set, box set, box set, erotica. free book 1, free erotica box set, free erotica box set, free billionaire erotica, billionaire erotica billionaire erotica, billionaire erotic romance, bwwm erotica, interracial erotica, ebony erotica, erotica romance, erotica romance bwwm, interracial, interracial, erotica bwwm, interracial, interracial, interracial black romance, white man black woman erotica, ebony erotica, interracial bwwm erotic romance, bwwm, bw/wm erotica, interracial, interracial erotic romance, interracial erotic romance, billionaire, billionaire, erotica bwwm, ebony erotica, interracial erotica, African American erotica, African American erotica, bw/wm erotica, ebony erotica, interracial erotica. interracial erotica, erotic romance bwwm, erotic romance bw/wm erotica, ebony erotica, white man, black woman erotica, bwwm erotic romance, bwwm erotica, bwwm, bwwm, bw/wm, bw/wm interracial erotica
"Clarence King is a hero of nineteenth-century western history. Brilliant scientist and witty conversationalist, bestselling author and architect of the great surveys that mapped the West after the Civil War, King hid a secret from his Gilded Age cohorts and prominent Newport family: for thirteen years he lived a double life--as the celebrated white Clarence King and as a black Pullman porter and steelworker. Unable to marry the black woman he loved, the fair-haired, blue-eyed King passed as a Negro, revealing his secret to his wife Ada only on his deathbed. Historian Martha Sandweiss is the first writer to uncover the life that King tried so hard to conceal. She reveals the complexity of a man who, while publicly espousing a personal dream of a uniquely American amalgam of white and black, hid his love for his wife and their five biracial children"--Publisher description
From the outside, Everest has it all, but there’s only one person who can see him for who he truly is . . . and it changes his life forever. In this tender, poignant debut novel by newcomer Sky Chase, two teenagers on the cusp of adulthood learn to embrace life in ways neither of them ever anticipated. Everest is the most popular boy in school. He’s handsome, wealthy, and captain of the football team—he has the world at his fingertips, but he’s desperately unhappy. And when those feelings become too much to bear, he tries to take his own life. On the surface, Beverly’s different from Everest in every possible way. She’s quiet, shy, hard working, and keeps to herself on campus, focusing on her schoolwork and her part-time job, distracting herself from her less-than-perfect upbringing. When Everest returns to school after his attempt, he’s in more pain than ever. Discarded by his friends, he draws little empathy and too much attention from those who surround him. But when Beverly and Everest meet unexpectedly in a dusty corner of the old library, they discover together just how rich life can be when given the freedom to just be yourself.
Dolen Perkins-Valdez’s enchanting and unforgettable novel, based on little-known fact, combines the narrative allure of Cane River by Lalita Tademy and the moral complexities of Edward P. Jones’s The Known World as it tells the story of four black enslaved women in the years preceding the Civil War. wench \'wench\ n. from Middle English “wenchel,”1 a: a girl, maid, young woman; a female child. Situated in Ohio, a free territory before the Civil War, Tawawa House is an idyllic retreat for Southern white men who vacation there every summer with their enslaved black mistresses. It’s their open secret. Lizzie, Reenie, and Sweet are regulars at the resort, building strong friendships over the years. But when Mawu, as fearless as she is assured, comes along and starts talking of running away, things change. To run is to leave everything behind, and for some it also means escaping from the emotional and psychological bonds that bind them to their masters. When a fire on the resort sets off a string of tragedies, the women of Tawawa House soon learn that triumph and dehumanization are inseparable and that love exists even in the most inhuman, brutal of circumstances—all while they bear witness to the end of an era. An engaging, page-turning, and wholly original novel, Wench explores, with an unflinching eye, the moral complexities of slavery. “Readers entranced by The Help will be equally riveted by Wench. A deeply moving, beautifully written novel told from the heart.”—USA Today
Building their future
Six were taken. Eleven years later, five come back--with no idea of where they've been. A riveting mystery for fans of We Were Liars. Eleven years ago, six kindergartners went missing without a trace. After all that time, the people left behind moved on, or tried to. Until today. Today five of those kids return. They're sixteen, and they are . . . fine. Scarlett comes home and finds a mom she barely recognizes, and doesn't really recognize the person she's supposed to be, either. But she thinks she remembers Lucas. Lucas remembers Scarlett, too, except they're entirely unable to recall where they've been or what happened to them. Neither of them remember the sixth victim, Max--the only one who hasn't come back. Which leaves Max's sister, Avery, wanting answers. She wants to find her brother--dead or alive--and isn't buying this whole memory-loss story. But as details of the disappearance begin to unfold, no one is prepared for the truth. This unforgettable novel--with its rich characters, high stakes, and plot twists--will leave readers breathless.
My name is Lisa Simone Williamson, and I used to be the luckiest girl in the world. For starters, I was rich. Even better, I was actually born into money. My parents were once the proud owners of Simone Cosmetics, one of the largest and most successful African-American owned and operated cosmetic companies in the world. My parents both came from very hard-working families. But their families worked hard for other people, which was a concept that neither my mother nor father ever understood. My parents believed that if they were going to work hard, then they would work hard for themselves. So when they met one another and realized just how like-minded they were, the twosome joined forces both personally and professionally, got married, and created what eventually became Simone Cosmetics. After they had been married for a while and their company was up and running, my parents decided that they were ready to start a family. Not long after, I came along. I must admit, I had quite a charmed childhood. I lived in the most beautiful home that was located in the nicest part of town, attended the best schools, and had the greatest friends. My parents also got me involved in their business early on, because they had every intention on passing it down to me one day. So I knew everything that there was to know about running Simone Cosmetics. However, my favorite aspect of the company was its dynamic marketing department. I always loved watching the dapper men and glamorous women who worked in that area come up with creative and artistic ways to package and promote the wonderful products that my parents had created. Once I graduated from high school and went off to attend one of the top universities in the country, I decided to major in marketing. Those college years were wonderful. I met a lot of incredible people, was taught by some of the best instructors, and still remain close to the women I met when I pledged one of the top African-American sororities in the country, Alpha Kappa Kappa. During the summers, I would go home and intern at my parents’ company, in the marketing department of course. Those essential internships helped guide and motivate me and kept me focused. Ultimately, I always knew I would return to my parent’s company upon graduation, join the marketing team, and work my way up until I was running the show. But one of the most exciting experiences I had during college was meeting the man of my dreams, David James. David was the star of the basketball team, and I was his biggest fan. My sorority sisters and I were considered celebrities on our college campus, and we always hosted the biggest parties and turned heads everywhere we went. The basketball players were regular party-goers, and David and I would always flirt whenever we’d see one another. So I wasn’t surprised when one of David’s teammates, who just so happened to be dating my best friend Janice, passed a message along saying that David was interested in me. Black Morocco: A History of Slavery, Race, and Islam chronicles the experiences, identity and achievements of enslaved black people in Morocco from the sixteenth century to the beginning of the twentieth century. Chouki El Hamel argues that we cannot rely solely on Islamic ideology as the key to explain social relations and particularly the history of black slavery in the Muslim world, for this viewpoint yields an inaccurate historical record of the people, institutions and social practices of slavery in Northwest Africa. El Hamel focuses on black Moroccans' collective experience beginning with their enslavement to serve as the loyal army of the Sultan Isma'il. By the time the Sultan died in 1727, they had become a political force, making and unmaking rulers well into the nineteenth century. The emphasis on the political history of the black army is augmented by a close examination of the continuity of black Moroccan identity through the musical and cultural practices of the Gnawa.
