In 2019, ISO Technical Committee 279 released a new international standard on innovation management system called ISO 56002:2019. This book will take the reader through a systematic examination of the factors involved in process innovation. The book initially puts process innovation in a corporate perspective, providing a framework for the development of a corporate process innovation strategy.
