He is accepted and loved by the community, but he's missing someone special in his life. Devastating news has brought journalist Xander Fortier to Willow Springs for some much-needed rest. He's photographed every major conflict in the world for the last ten years, but being stateside has forced him to reassess the solitary life he's been living. Something in Xander's gruff demeanor calls to Jared's caring nature. Soon the men are spending time together, but Jared's kisses might not be enough to keep Xander from leaving. Can the men find a happily ever after if they only have today?
In a time where most of the world is struggling to find hope a word of encouragement is long overdue. People are longing for love and acceptance yet with all that they have they still struggle with an emptiness that they are searching to fill. I have found myself in that very same search until I found my love, Jesus Christ. If Only Today is a collection of 366 short messages to give you hope and inspire you to draw closer to the Lord. You will find joy and peace in the truth that Gods love is unending and all He wants is to be close to you. These messages kept me strong through my period of homelessness. Theyve given me peace and conformation from God on days I was struggling to give it all to Him. They helped me to know I have a right to His promises for me and my children. J. Washington Your daily messages mean the world to me. When Im going through a tough time they brighten up my day. They give me strength, hope, and the power to strive for a stronger relationship with God. E. Shelton

Told through essays, memoirs, and other musings, this is the story of a radical Jew, academic, and educator from his birth in Ukraine during the Holocaust through the radical 60s and 70s, to the present day as he fights anti-Semitism, anti-Zionism, xenophobia, and hate. Internationally known in Holocaust, genocide, and Jewish studies, Jack Nusan Porter was born in Maniewicz, Ukraine to Jewish Partisans in the 1940s. Through this engaging and thoughtful memoir, we follow Porter as he recounts his personal journey from a DP camp in Linz, Austria to an idyllic childhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he attended Hebrew day school under Reb Twersk. Porter masterfully details his radicalism in the politically and sociologically turbulent 1960s which would later influence his academic work on genocide, Holocaust studies, and international human rights. Constantly re-inventing himself, readers are treated to engaging anecdotes as they navigate through Porter's highs, lows, and in-betweens.

In order to understand this provocative article as my personal analogy, that is, concerning my outlook on life and religion, especially my critical view referring to the creation of our universe and life, including all diseases here on earth. I will try my best to present my analogy in a most rational way, explaining all the short comings, in reference to our life including my belief in the Judeo - Catholic religion. I will especially scrutinize the Judeo-Christian religion, to which I was introduced in my childhood. Unfortunately, history and my passed life are now in a distant passed. Yes, I soon realized, that I had to change my stalemated view on life to which I was introduced in my childhood. I had to bring it to a platform of a new concept to view Nature and religion from a different angle, to a platform of reality. As for myself, I sense a negative opinion as to my most open and forward references concerning religion and God. Some may call me “The Diablo’s Incarnates” Surely; each one of us has the privilege to his own opinion. This book has no intention to change anyone’s mind. Its porpoise is to expose the hidden truth, which may never be exposed to you otherwise. I also would like to point out, that in many instances I have repeated myself only to accentuate and highlight the subject in a given paragraph. In anticipated criticism and religious hate I am asking to stay anonymous for various reasons. If truth is the reason to hate and cause mental unhappiness, then one must have objection to the existence of God, as God is the only truth!
