At the various cities of the South I found a desire to hear respecting the Sandwich Is lands' mission. 1 therefore lectured, in some places more, and in other places less - at Baltimore, Fayetteville, N. C.; Columbia and Charleston, S. C.; Augusta, Ga; Montgomery and Mobile, Aa.; New 0rd leans and Natchez. My lectures were part ly historical and partly on the duty of Christians to evangelize the heathen.
