Another example of over-regulations is in the drying field part. In the drying process, part Of the corn plant called bees wings come Off the kernels. For this, Mr. Congressman, I have a sample of bees wings. As I mentioned, it is part Of the corn plant that comes Off in the drying process. As you can see, they are small red pieces of the corn plant. They are no more dangerous than grass clippings from your own yard. They are not nuclear waste, but the Environmental Protection Agency regulations say these bees wings must be contained. This is not realistically or economically possible on the farm. It seems to me that when regulations are written for even the best laws, like the Clean Air Act, which the above example was from, common sense was left out.
