Roman Shaws day begins like any other in the little town of West Bay, Milligan. Yet soon after he opens his bar to his regulars and prepares for a rush of eager customers, a disshevelled young woman stumbles in. At first, Roman thinks she is a prostitute and demands she leave. But after India Tyler insists she remembers nothing of the previous night or how she got there, Roman opens his heart and decides to help her. After Roman takes her to the legendary Milligan Castle she now calls home, India discovers that she and her friend, Wendy, were gang raped the night before in the town park. Later that night, India begins having foretelling nightmares about an evil presence. As a chain of frightening events begins to unfold, India soon realizes that three nineteenth-century witch sisters have placed a curse on her simply because she bought their property and is not part of their family tree. Can the witches be stopped? Or is it too late for all of the human race? He Who Follows shares the horrific tale of a young Australian womans dark journey through an unknown evil after she learns she has been cursed by three nineteenth-century witches.
The world is changing at a rapid pace and most people are busy just trying to keep up. Some are moving in the right direction, some in the wrong direction, and many are just running without much thought about where they are going. Who will you follow today? What are you living for? What are you willing to die for? The book of Revelation brings these questions to the forefront and presents us with clear concise answers about the world situation, our life, and eternity. Most importantly though, Revelation introduces us to Jesus, the Lamb of God. As you meet Jesus, you will be astounded by His beauty, power and glory. But you will also be faced with a choice: Will you be one who follows the Lamb wherever He goes? In this book, Pastor Andy Rapko presents clear Biblical teaching balanced with practical insights. “Follow the Lamb wherever He goes” will challenge you to live life to the fullest through a life transforming relationship with Jesus, the Lamb of God.

You may think you are a Christian—but are you sure? Jesus’ call to follow him is more than an invitation to pray a prayer. It is a summons to lose your life and find new life and ultimate joy in him. In David Platt’s book Follow Me: A Call to Die. A Call to Live he asks the question, “What did Jesus really mean when he said, ‘Follow me’?” What if we really listened to Jesus’ words and heard what he is saying? When people truly engage with Jesus’ personal invitation to follow him, everything changes, for he is worthy of all our trust and affections. What Did Jesus Really Mean When He Said Follow Me? builds on the message of Follow Me to motivate readers to experience our grand purpose: to exalt the glory of God by spreading Christ’s gospel—to make disciples who are making disciples. This booklet is a great resource to share with others to discuss crucial faith questions in a personal and grace-filled manner and engage others to be disciple-makers in obedience to Jesus. Ideal for small groups or personal and mass evangelism.
Before ascending to heaven, Jesus instructed his followers to "make disciples of all nations." But what does this command actually entail? What does it look like for Christians to care for one another's spiritual well-being and growth? In this introduction to the basics of discipling, veteran pastor and author Mark Dever uses biblical definitions and practical examples to show how Christians can help one another become more like Christ every day. The eighth volume in the 9Marks: Building Healthy Churches series, this short book explains how discipling should function in the context of the local church, teaching pastors and church leaders how to cultivate a culture of edification and growth in their congregations.

The life of Mother Maria Theresia Bonzel.
Beginning around the 4th Century, the Christian church accelerated its downhill slide into apostasy. Today the Christian church is nothing at all what we read about in the Book of Acts, and that is because it has set aside Jesus' teachings to follow the teachings of Paul. Jesus' teachings and Paul's teaching are polar opposites and cannot be reconciled, regardless of how hard the church tries to gloss over the differences. Today's Christian Church bases it doctrines on Paul's writings to the exclusion of Jesus' words. And because they have set Jesus' words aside, they have reject God's Torah law which Jesus told us to keep, and that leads to many other problems. And as a result, today the Christian church is divided into hundreds of sects and it is confused and weak. Christians following those corrupt doctrines are lawless, which means God does not answer their prayers (Proverbs 28:9) and they worship in vain (Mark 7:7-9). Read this book to learn much more, and what we must do to be among the redeemed.
New York Times bestseller What is Jesus worth to you? It's easy for American Christians to forget how Jesus said his followers would actually live, what their new lifestyle would actually look like. They would, he said, leave behind security, money, convenience, even family for him. They would abandon everything for the gospel. They would take up their crosses daily... But who do you know who lives like that? Do you? In Radical, David Platt challenges you to consider with an open heart how we have manipulated the gospel to fit our cultural preferences. He shows what Jesus actually said about being his disciple--then invites you to believe and obey what you have heard. And he tells the dramatic story of what is happening as a "successful" suburban church decides to get serious about the gospel according to Jesus. Finally, he urges you to join in The Radical Experiment -- a one-year journey in authentic discipleship that will transform how you live in a world that desperately needs the Good News Jesus came to bring.
The 1930s were a different time from the 1920s. The Great Depression hit and as time passed many people lost their jobs, homes and land. Some families and individuals rode the rails looking for work. A Dust Bowl hit and blew much of the soil across the country. People did what they had to in order to survive. The Brown family was a little better off because of huge gardens they all grew and inheritance from a few family members. Youll find other changes in the lives of Ban, Thomas, Jeff, Reggie, Ruth, and Jon. In fact, most of the family faced chances bad and good. Ban became the pastor of the local church they all attended and reached out to help needy people. He also had to face preaching his first funeral. Jeff and Melody had twins and the family ended up with many grandchildren. Two of the grandsons became real troublemakers. Wait to see what happened to them! Hitler came to power and World War II began with the U.S. entering December 8, 1941. Several grandchildren were drafted or enlisted.
