Cyrus Irving Byington was born in Vista, New York in 1865. His parents were Aaron Byington and Mary Ruscoe. He married Nellie Malkin in about 1887. They had five children. Nellie died in 1897. Cyrus married Emma Dann in 1906 and had one child. Cyrus died in 1953 in Norwalk, Connecticut.
