Finding Patirus is a short story that takes place in Gonhara Kingdom. It starts with Kirinat, an elf girl, who is being made to work like a slave for her stepmother and stepsisters. She runs away when she gets chance, only to make some new animal friends, who need her help. In order to help them, she must go back to her stepmother’s house, and get the medicine her father created before he died. Can she sneak back to her stepmother’s house without getting caught? Can she bring back the medicine that her friends need?
Elves Talfin, Stona, and Kirinat are all worried. Three of their five horses have become sick, so sick they can’t stand upright anymore. Talfin and Stona tried everything they could think of to help the horses. But nothing seemed to work. Talfin went to get Dr. Laski, but his herbal cures still aren’t enough. Then Kirinat gets bitten by snakes. Talfin is so upset and worried, he can’t sleep. In the middle of the night, he gets up with an idea. His brilliant idea will change the history of Gonhara Kingdom forever.
Six pirates on the ship, Molly Ray, are in need of a good swimmer to dive for treasure and clean barnacles off the ship. So they plan to kidnap one of the Sea Stone Mermaids. Only Sunny can’t leave. She’s tied up. Can Sunny get away, and get back to the other mermaids? Captured by a Pirate is Sunny’s story, It’s the second in the Sea Stone Mermaids series. In trying to escape the octopus’ clutches, she ends up going down several tunnels, falling down stairs, and breaking her arm. Through it all, she has to figure out how to get away from the octopus and back to her friends.
She wanders along the beach, taking a break from work. Relaxing and enjoying the day. Her long dark hair moves in the gentle sea breezes. But there is evil afoot. Under the sea are creatures who have evil, ugly intent to harm others. They need a mermaid to help them in their ugly ways. This one is prettier than most mermaids. She would do quite nicely. But, making her help them is an entirely different matter. Rory, a jewelry designer, is now caught in the middle of a struggle she didn’t create. Captured by a Shark is a short story.
A hairy, ugly Kuski watches day after day, as Jimskit works hard gardening, hunting, and building furniture to support his family. The Kuski tires of watching and decides to steal their food. Each creature will have to chance to buy tools, blankets, spices, weapons, and other items that they cannot make. It’s like a holiday in Gonhara Kingdom! Only the day of the caravan goes terrible wrong. And now it’s up to Danlan to send out the message for help. But Danlan’s wing has been sliced at its bend, and he can no longer fly.
