On at least 25% of the operating days, significant localized increases in rainfall were observed following the seeding. However, natural rain-shower activity (in the target area) during the month was intensive and widespread enough to mask any large-scale contribution directly attributable to the seeding operations. Instrumentation was not sufficiently adequate to attempt an accurate, scientifically-acceptable quantitative analysis of seeding effectiveness.
