102 Distraction Techniques is a book designed to help people that self-harm and other mental health struggles. I, Scott, have been struggling with self-harm, EUPD, depression and anxiety on and off for the past 14 years. Right now I'm in a more stable, safer and peaceful place thanks to the years of help I've received to try and master my own struggles.
