Destination Success is a fable told for anyone that wakes up, and heads to work wondering if there is more to life. Do you feel professionally unfulfilled? If you do, you are not alone. There is an army of people that look and act just like you. And if that describes you, then this story will be one of hope, if only to inspire you to survey your life, and make the necessary changes to elevate it. Together, we can manifest great change in your life. Winston Churchill said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” Our story will be one of courage—the courage to take great risk to find great reward.
Aiyana finds a long, skinny strip of paper on the ground that looks like a road. As she follows the road, she folds the paper in half, and it becomes a mountain for her to climb. With every fold, she makes a new shape, one that fuels her curiosity in wonderful ways and takes her on a magical journey into the world of fractals. This is a beautiful story about the power of imagination, mathematics, and the world around us. It is a chance for readers of all ages to catch a glimpse of the beauty of math and inspire the joy of their own inner mathematician. Fold along with Aiyana and see the magic unfold!

"Destination Math" is a series of computer-based curricula designed to be used for at least 90 minutes a week. Featuring sequenced, prescriptive, step-by-step instruction, "Destination Math" is designed for the development of fluency in critical skills, math reasoning, conceptual understanding, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate Math (grades 4-6), Advanced Math (6-8), Pre-Algebra (6-8), and Algebra (9-12) are available for middle school students. The What Works Clearinghouse (WWC) identified 11 studies of Destination Math that were published or released between 1983 and 2008: Six studies are our of the scope of the review because they have an ineligible study design that does not meet WWC evidence standards; four studies are our of the scope of the review, as defined by the Middle School Math protocol, for reasons other than study design; and one study is within the scope of the review and has an eligible design, but does not meet WWC evidence standards. The lack of studies meeting WWC evidence standards means that, at this time, the WWC is unable to draw any conclusions based on research about the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of "Destination Math."
