Las propuestas teoricas actuales no resultan suficientes para caracterizar el fenomeno de la cultura organizacional. Las metodologias de analisis existentes resultan circunscriptas a aspectos racionales y con insuficiente grado de operacionalizacion. Se trata de un estudio exploratorio cualitativo, con un diseno de multiples casos y de tipo holistico. La metodologia propuesta permite establecer la relacion existente entre tres dimensiones de analisis de la cultura: la racional, la emocional y la de sentido de vida. En este libro se describen y aplican a diez casos de empresas dos indices construidos para medir el grado de receptividad de la cultura de los aspectos emocionales (INREM) y de sentido de vida (INRESE). La operacionalizacion propuesta permitiria su aplicabilidad, pero un objetivo aunque de tipo inicial resultaria mas importante aun, la colocacion entre la agenda de temas para la gestion de la cultura organizacional de los aspectos emocionales y el desarrollo de los individuos."
