For years I have searched across the Internet for a compilation of practice questions just for CSEC short stories. I wanted to be able to find that one book that would provide a strong guide for preparing my students for the exams. For me it was hopeless and frustrating. So after years of thinking and wondering and doubting myself, I finally decided to do a book that would provide a variety of questions for the short stories for CSEC English B. It is hoped that these questions will help students and teachers to become even more familiar with the themes and literary techniques and how they can be incorporated into a single question. Of course, there is a list of the literary techniques and other themes at the end of the book. I did this with the hope that if for any reason a student or a teacher could not find a specific question that they had hoped to find, then they would be able to restructure one of the many questions in this book and format a question to suit a given theme or literary technique. I really hope this will help as you prepare for your examinations
