Christopher Choate, Sr. was born in 1660 in England. He emigrated in 1676 and settled in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He married in about 1686 and had two sons. He died in 1692. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, Michigan and Illinois.
James Buckley (1722-1787) died in Pittsylvania Co., Virginia. He married Mary and they were the parents of nine children. Their son John Buckley married Mary (Polly) Harris (1767-1806) in Pittsylvania Co. They were the parents of six children. Their daughter Betsy Ann Buckley married Thomas Brown. They lived and died in Clarke Co., Georgia. Another son, James Buckley, Jr. was a Revolutionary soldier like his brother John. He married Mary Ridgeway in Halifax Co., VA in 1788. They settled later in Williamson Co., Tennessee. Other family members lived in Weakley and Henderson Co., Tenn. Several generations of descendants are given.

Charles Holt was born in 1762 in Prince William County, Virginia. He married Martha Ratliff in 1785 in Franklin County, North Carolina. They had eight children. He died in 1847 in Blountsville, Alabama. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
Phillip Morgan (d.ca.1760) was married and living in Prince George County, Virginia in 1724 when one of his sons was born, and moved to Brunswick County, Virginia and then to Mecklenburg County, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, Missouri, Colorado, California and elsewhere.
