Fifteen interviews took place with high school principals in Illinois as well as ten interviews with business professionals from Illinois based companies. High school principals -- 622 -- were invited to take an online survey. Ultimately, 92 high schools were represented by the survey data with 57 having at least one partnership with a business while 35 do not have any partnerships.
