This book is about three challenges facing business today. First is the coming huge labor shortage as Baby Boomer Generation retires. For every 5 Boomers that retire, there will only be 4 Generation X or Yers to replace them. The second challenge is that Generations X and Y will be difficult to attract and retain because these generations: 1. Are not loyal to companies and do not trust management. 2.
