W. Men know that the widow's allowance is a very heavy expense, indeed, in twenty-three years we have 186 widows, costing per annum; so you see you must be careful how this matter is arranged, or the Society may lose membership on account of being such an expensive affair. More particulars can be given on this subject if asked for, and we hope our executive will not adopt this suggestion until a delegate meeting takes place.
