It will be Seen by these that my anxious attention has been chie y given to Topography, Archaeology, Biography, and the Fine Arts. In these pursuits I have travelled over nearly the whole of England and part of Wales; and have employed numerous draftsmen in measuring and delineating objects of antiquity, as well as in sketch ing landscape scenery, for the purpose of engraving and publication.
