Spanish musicologist Andres Ruiz Tarazona, who studied Piano and Music with Angel Martin Pompey and Art and Music History with Sopena, Gaya, and Nuno Azcarate, has published numerous studies on music and frequently collaborates with major newspapers and journals, working also as a music critic for El Pais. He is a regular contributor to Scherzo, Ritmo, Melomano and Diverdi magazines. He founded the magazine Aria and has worked with RNE (Spanish National Radio), Radio Clasica and Television Espanola, where he has presented and directed various music programmes.
