"This report presents the results of an archaeological inventory survey conducted at the Hienaloli 6th development parcel, consisting of c. 4.1 acres located within the Land of Hienaloli 6th, North Kona District, Island of Hawaii (TMK; 3-7-5-09;Por. 48). This survey was conducted by Paul H. Rosendahl, Ph.D., Inc. (PHRI) at the request of Mr. Sidney Fuke of Sidney Fuke & Associates. (PHRI) conducted an archaeological inventory survey of the Kona Palisades development parcel project area, situated in the Land of Kalaoa 4th, North Kona District, Island of Hawaii (TMK: 3-7-3-05:86). The overall objective of the survey was to provide information appropriate to and sufficient for the preparation of a grubbing permit application (and any other necessary regulatory permit applications) to be submitted to the County of Hawaii -- Page ii.
Archaeological survey of approximately 140 acres in the Puʻuhonua subdivision development parcel project area, located within the land of Kalaoa 5th, North Kona District, Island of Hawaii (TMK: 3-7-3-10: Por. 27). The basic objective of the survey was to provide information appropriate to and sufficient for the preparation of a state land use boundary amendment petition to be submitted to the Hawaii State Land Use Commisssion. Thirty-four newly identified sites were recorded during the survey. Futher data collection is recommended for 10 of the sites.

(PHRI) conducted an archaeological inventory survey (100% surface and limited subsurface) of the Waikoloa Beach Resort adjacent coastal parcels project area in the Lands of Anaehoomalu and Puuanahulu, South Kohala and North Kona Districts, Island of Hawaii (TMK 3-6-9-07:15). Consisting of approximately 37 ac overall, the specific parcels comprising the project area are TMK-3-7-1-3:10 (White parcel, c. 27 ac) in the Land of Puuanahulu, and TMK 3-6-7-07:15 (Smart parcel, c. 10 ac.) in the Land of Anaehoomalu. The basic objectives of the inventory survey were to provide information appropriate to and sufficient for the preparation of (a) environmental impact statement (EIS)-level documents, and (b) various development applications to be made to appropriate State and County regulatory offices in conjunction with the further development of both parcels"-- Page ii. .

(PHRI) conducted a 100% coverage, variable-intensity archaeological inventory survey of the approximately 65-acre Pualani Development - Phase II project area, in the Lands of Puapuaa 1st and 2nd, North Kona District, Island of Hawaii (TMK; 3-7-5-17:1,19,23,25,26). The overall objective of the survey was to provide information appropriate to and sufficient for (a) the preparation of a land use boundary amendment petition to be made to the Hawaii State Land Use Commission, and (b) a change of zone application to be made to the Hawaii County Planning Commission" -- Page ii.
"At the request of Mr. David Curry of Helber, Hastert & Kimura, Planners, Paul H. Rosendahl, Ph.D. Inc (PHRI) conducted an archaeological inventory survey of the c. 89.5 acre proposed Honokohau Industrial Park project area (also referred to as parcel VII) located in the land of Honokohau 2nd, North Kona District, Island of Hawaii (TMK:3-7-4-08:26,49). The survey field work was conducted September 6 and November 20-December 7, 1989 and consisted of a 100%-coverage pedestrian survey, augmented with an aerial reconnaissance survey. During the survey, 54 sites were newly identified and eight previously identified sites were relocated and were designated as six sites, for a total of sixty identified sites." -- Page ii.

(PHRI) conducted an archaeological inventory survey (100% surface survey and limited subsurface testing) of the c. 24 ac Kapalaoa project site, situated in the Land of Puuanahulu, North Kona District, Island of Hawaii (TMK:3-7-1-03:4,5,6,11). Survey field work was conducted April 28-May 8,1989. Approximately 226 man-hours of labor were expended on the survey field work. The basic objective of the survey was to provide information pertinent to and sufficient for the preparation of various permit applications to be made to appropriate state and county regulatory offices" -- Page ii.
