Excerpt from Forty-First Annual Report of the City of Keene: Containing Inaugural Ceremonies, Ordinances and Joint Resolutions Passed by the City Councils With Reports of the Several Departments for 1914 Almighty God, our living and loving Heavenly Father, our Father and the Father of all mankind - the people bless Thee O God, all the people bless Thee. Thou art with us, to bless or' to constrain, to help or to hinder from the beginnings of our days, even unto the end thereof. Even when men boast themselves of having no need of Thee, Thou dost rule and over-rule in Thy wisdom, Thy justice, Thy love.
